If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation or modification will be possible after an order has entered processing or dispatch.

Any shipping charges or other applicable charges will be displayed to you before you complete your purchase.
Where a book and a Story Memory Magnet are purchased together under a promotional offer, they may appear as separate products or line items in your cart, checkout, order or invoice, and any applicable promotional discount may be shown separately.
Promotional offers may be subject to additional conditions displayed with the relevant offer.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made through our store.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available to consumers under applicable law in relation to defective goods, deficient goods or services, misdescribed goods, non-delivery or delayed delivery.

Shopify’s name, logo and associated intellectual property belong to Shopify or its licensors.

One Little Nudge is powered by Shopify, which provides technology and infrastructure that enables us to offer the Services.
However, sales and purchases made through our store are transactions between you and One Little Nudge.
Shopify is not the seller of products offered by One Little Nudge and is not responsible for fulfilment of orders placed with us, except to the extent separately required by applicable law or expressly undertaken by Shopify.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived or excluded.
