SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
We currently ship to serviceable PIN codes across India.
Delivery availability depends on the courier services available for the destination PIN code. If we are unable to deliver to your location after an order has been placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping charges may vary depending on factors such as the order value, package weight, delivery location and available courier service.
From time to time, One Little Nudge may offer free or discounted shipping on eligible orders, above a specified order value, or as part of a promotional offer. Any such offer will be clearly communicated on our website.
We do not guarantee free shipping on all orders unless specifically stated.
DISPATCH
Orders are generally processed and dispatched on business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as reasonably possible after payment and order confirmation.
During periods of unusually high order volume, launches, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control, dispatch may take longer than usual.
DELIVERY TIMELINES
Delivery timelines depend on the destination PIN code and the courier service available for your location.
Estimated delivery timelines shown at checkout, in your order confirmation or through shipment tracking are estimates and may vary.
Orders to remote or difficult-to-service locations may require additional delivery time.
Courier delays, weather conditions, transport disruptions, public holidays, government restrictions, force majeure events or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may also affect delivery.
ORDER TRACKING
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be shared with you after the order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time after dispatch for tracking information to become active on the courier partner's system.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please make sure that your name, complete delivery address, PIN code and contact number are correct before placing your order.
One Little Nudge is not responsible for delays caused solely by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us at hello@onelittlenudge.com as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before dispatch, but changes may not be possible after an order has been handed over to the courier.
MULTIPLE DELIVERY ADDRESSES
A single order can be shipped to only one delivery address.
If you would like products to be delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
DAMAGED, LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, is incomplete, contains the wrong item, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us at hello@onelittlenudge.com.
Where appropriate, we will investigate the matter with the courier partner and provide a replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy and applicable law.
If an order is delivered later than the stated delivery schedule, any remedies available under applicable consumer law will continue to apply.
FAILED DELIVERY / RETURN TO ORIGIN
If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal to accept the shipment, or inability to contact the recipient, the package may be returned to us by the courier partner.
If you would like the order to be shipped again, additional shipping charges may apply where the failed delivery was caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not currently offer standard international shipping through our website unless specifically stated.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, the applicable charges, delivery timelines, customs duties and other relevant information will be communicated separately.
